  • Description

    The PSU filter is composed of a hydrophilic asymmetric polysulfone membrane and polypropylene support layer, and is designed to deal with high contamination levels and demonstrate long service life, low pressure loss, and high flow rate for various fluids. The polysulfone membrane is manufactured by our state-of-the-art patented technology process, the only one in Korea, and the membrane has a highly asymmetric porous structure in which the pore size is reduced step by step as the depth increases. The asymmetrical structure consistently captures and maintains contaminants without any foreign matter escaping during the period of use. Manufactured in a strict cleanroom process environment, it provides cleanliness, superior flow rates, and absolute filtration rates. As for the components of the PSU filter, the membrane is manufactured with state-of-the-art technology in compliance with FDA regulations that govern food processing, and integrity filter cartridges are created to provide compatibility in a wide range of process fluids and applications since the polypropylene supports, components and end caps are thermally bonded to provide excellent chemical performance.
