CA filter is so-called ‘composite layered depth filter’ composed of 5 elements seen from the inside, core, protection layer, final filtration layer, main filtration layer and prefiltration with end caps on both side. Every elements being used have sufficient chemical resistance applicable to magnetic paints industry.

Core Polypropylene injection molded core is being used and its structure is designed to guarantee sufficient mechanical strength, for example, differential pressure(△P) of 10 Kgf/㎠.

Protection layer Polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric is wound along the core surface to protect any possible leakage of broken elements into the filtrate.

Final filtration layer and prefiltration layer Polypropylene spun yarn is wound onto the protection layer. The polypropylene yarn is composed of a very fine denier staple fibre in a various composition for micro-filtration between fibres and micro-filtration between yarns. And special winding technology is adapted to have pore size gradient through the liquid flow for high dust holding capacity and longer life.

Main filtration layer Super fine glass fibre element is being used in felt or paper forms to ensure absolute filtration. Depending on the filtration ratings and efficiency, there are several variations in fibre diameter, density and/or thickness of the media.

End cap Polyethylene cap is closing both ends to protect short-pass of liquid which may result in poor filtration.

Capsule type So-called ‘capsule type’ is of service, which is a disposable housing with filters molded in. Special design can be discussed according to the quantity.
